What does the Middle East actually look and feel like? What does it taste like to cook with Arab spices? We know that language learning goes far beyond learning grammar in the classroom. In order to expose our students to some of the many facets of the Arab World we host a number of cultural events. In addition to the events hosted by our program a number of other departments at UIUC host events related to the Arab World. We also sometimes organize events in coalition with Arab student organizations on campus. Join us for these enjoyable experiences of Arab culture and the Arab world.
